SHIPPING
Worldwide shipping with courier service.
Paintings ship in a protective packaging.
Large prints are shipped in protective tubes.
Prints or paintings do not include frames (unless that has been specifically clarified / requested prior).
Please allow 7 - 28 business days from the date of purchase to the delivery date.
Shipping costs are dependent on the country - they will be calculated at the checkout.
Addresses based in the U.S must be actual addresses, as postal services will not deliver to PO Boxes.

COPYRIGHT
When you purchase a painting or fine art print, you are buying the actual physical copy. Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not scan, duplicate, copy, resell, publish, or otherwise utilise the image in any manner without prior written authorization. You will own the specific item only, and not the rights to the original image in any form.
PRIVACY
We value your privacy and will never share your address, email, or phone number.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We all have regrets on occasion, and if you feel that the print you received is not all you wished it to be that is understandable. We operate on a 28 days physical return policy, although you must notify us of your wish to return the product within 14 days by email to jamestottman@gmail.com
To be eligible for return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition you received it - i.e. in the original packaging.
In the case of damaged products:
(a) keep all the original packaging material
(b) take a picture of the damaged item for a proof - send it with your claim.
(c) You need to make your claim within 14 days of receiving your print, with an email to jamestottman@gmail.com
In the case that you are not satisfied with the received product:
(a) Please email us at jamestottman@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your print to let us know you will be returning it.
(b) Please return the item in original condition for a refund to the following address, with a note containing the order number:

(d) The item must be physically returned to us within 28 days after the order is received.
If you chosen to return the item, please be sure to use Recorded Delivery so it can be tracked properly.
In case the item does not arrive within the 28 day period from the received package, we will unfortunately not be able to give you a refund.
CANCELING AN ORDER
You may cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase, after that time period the print order will be fulfilled (fulfilment takes from 1-4 days).
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
In the event that products are returned to us due to customer failing to pick up their package, we charge a €35 euro fee. This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.
LOST ORDERS
In the event that a package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will then cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you, but may request your assistance in confirming the correct shipping address and checking with your local post office to locate the lost package. Keep in mind that if tracking information indicates that the package was delivered and you have not received it, we will not be responsible for reshipping the order, and any replacements would be at your expense.
LOCAL TAXES
Please note that there are no customs or local taxes on orders within the EU. However, outside of the EU, local charges such as sales tax and customs duty may apply, and will be the responsibility of the customer.
